Our Chefs and Sous Chefs are preparing the food through out the day. Our products and our drinks are always fresh and ready to serve. Every dish we select and put in our menu has been personally chosen by our Master Chefs. The one major thing the Master Chef does every day is “tasting” in order to protect the consistency of each dish. The “QC, QA”, Quality Control, Quality Assurance is applied on every dish.
